I just got these cute ::CuPCAke:: holders http://www.theblushingbakeshop.com/ in the mail and needed to get some kind of tasty cupcake in them. I ended up doing a Key Lime cupcake recipe which consisted of limes, coconut, sweet & condensed milk. YUMMY! I would post the recipe but it is kind of long.
