What a beautiful story. I know adoption has changed our lives on so many levels. One Sunday 8 years ago (Greg was Bishop) I picked him up at his office. We were to pick up Ashley--I remember telling Greg that this would be an experience I could never dream of having. We picked Ashley up at her apartment (Candise and Jarom were on the way down from Idaho). The moment I saw her I knew she was meant to part of our family. I knew the child she carried was our grandchild. It really was a surreal experience. Never for one moment was it awkward. We do love Ashley and are forever grateful for the gift she gave our family. Thank you for allowing me to take this sweet little trip down memory lane.
