Update on La Familia

 It has been a busy 2012 :) 

We have been to the ZOO

 

 I celebrated my 29th Bday!!

 We have been on more stroller rides than you could imagine.

 I am training for a 1/2 marathon

We went to the Phoenix Children Museum. It has some amazing sensory activities!! 

Perfect for Henslee.

 

 Henslee has been one busy girl! She has learned so many new things. A few things include.......

-Learning her Pincer Grasp (example.... minnie mouse pic below)

-Colored for the first time

-Knows 2 body parts :) Hair & tummy

- Can wave Hi & Bye , so exciting we have been working on this for a long time!! 

She is progressing immensely! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this little girl!!!!

- Taking his first steps. 

This kids is incredible he is already up to 10 steps and he just turned 10 months.

-Loves to open cupboards and pull everything out

-Jabbers like crazy, mama,dada,baba.

-Loves to hold a ball above his head and throw it as far as he can

Man I am one lucky mama!! These kids amaze me every day!! Oh ya and they are SO SO STINKING CUTE!! I just kiss and snuggle them all day!

  

We also decided to move back to UTAH!!

 I am sad to leave this.....

So many things have happened while we have been here in AZ for almost 5 yrs.

 A couple things include, in no particular order .....

- Our kiddos were born  :) :)

- Jesse graduated from Pharmacy school

- We were blessed to adopt & be involved in ALL the wonderful things adoption is.

-We moved 3 times

-We went through all the ups and downs dealing with our infertility

- We made so many incredible friends through our wards, family supporting adoption group, and school

-We soaked up the amazing sunshine here

- We had some incredible church callings being involved in YM & YW's

-Jesse and I grew as a couple ( immensely) 

 I am so stinking blessed to be married to such an incredible, incredible husband and father. 

-We went swimming ALL SUMMER long

-We had a ton of visitors. Even with a 13 hour drive we had such support from our families. 

 -We sealed Henslee to us in the Mesa AZ temple.

-We got to know our children's Birth parents and extended family. WE LOVE THEM ALL and will be sad to not see them on a regular basis, but they will always be a HUGE part of our lives.

- We finalized both of our kiddos adoptions.

- Henslee & Nixon took their first steps here

There are a million more things, but there is a few

Being here in AZ has been the greatest blessing in my life. I never could've imagined what the Lord would have in store for us here. I am sad to say goodbye to AZ. But I am extremely excited for our upcoming journey to UT.
