GIRLS CAMP: SCOUT CAMP: TREK: 4th of July
It has been one busy and crazy couple of weeks. But we have had some amazing experiences.

Girls camp was a blast!!! We have the best bunch of girls in the whole world. You can just tell by the pic that we had so much fun!
Trek
This was a picture that was taken after our 25 mile journey. What an experience. We pulled 1500 lb hand carts, learned to square dance, slept under tarps, shot black powdered rifles, killed chickens, were attacked by indians and had Emma Smith speak to us. We were put into families that we grew to love.Talk about a life changing experience. I gained a greater and stronger testimony of the pioneers. IF any of you have the chance to go..... GO ITS AMAZING. ( Doesn't my hubby make a fantastic Pioneer : )
4th of JULY!
I was really homesick last year around the 4th of July. NOT THIS YEAR!! Mike and Amy came with their cute kids. We had so much and went to a few firework shows.

What awesome and fun experiences you guys have been having! Trek sounds like it would be life changing! You both make adorable pioneers! You even made it look hip to be a pioneer!:)
You guys look so awesome as pioneers...I've never done the trek--don't think I'd make a great pioneer!

Love the Trek photo, did you get to wear your shades for the journey? You are so brave to do YW camp, I'd run screaming in the oppisite direction if asked ;)
Wont it be nice when fall gets here and we can all take a breather? Summer is so busy/crazy... in a good way though.
YOu two look fantastic in your pioneer clothes! So fun! I have always wanted to do the trek but chickened out cause I am a woose!
