Recipe from Confections of a Foodie Bride
These are a little tart, but with the Lemon buttercream (minus a Tbsp of lemon) I think it kind of mellows it out. Hubby and I usually don't like Pink Lemonade or even plain lemonade, but when hubby asked me for a second I thought they must have turned out ok. It's a nice summer time cupcake. ENJOY!!

They look cute, and the flavor sounds really yummy-especailly for a pool party or something. Did you like them? Did they taste good to you? Let me know! How long do you bake the little nut cups for?
These look fun & easy. We're looking for stuff to do for the bake sale on June 6th. I think I'll give these a whirl!
