INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package devil’s food cake mix
1/2 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
6 ounces caramel ice cream topping
3 (1.4 ounce) bars chocolate covered toffee, chopped ( I used toffee that you can buy, next to the chocolate chips)

INSTRUCTIONS
Bake cake according to package directions for 24 cupcakes. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.

Make slits across the top of the cake, making sure not to go through to the bottom.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping, stirring until smooth and blended. Slowly spoon the warm topping mixture over the top of each cupcake, letting it sink into the slits;
Then sprinkle the crushed toffee bars liberally across the entire cake while still warm. 
Let cake cool completely, then top with whipped topping. Decorate the top of the cake with swirls of caramel topping.

wow those looke SO GOOD! i am definately going to have to try those sometime soon! wow i love carmel toffee chocolate stuff! MMMMM you always get the best recipes! and I wanted to go camping the weekend of the 8th but i don't know if we will be able to cuz luke was supposed to be relieved of duty on may 27th but being the military, they are making him do a bunch of pointless training things so he works everyday still with maybe saturdays and sundays off! so if we went somewhere that wasn't too far we could go a friday night and saturday! i want to go so bad though! do you guys know of anywhere that isn't too far? i told luke we should go camp on the beach at lake pleasant, its only like 30-45 minutes away but i didn't know if that would be very fun cuz the water might still be cold! anyway, think of something, cuz we need to go! and we will definately let you guys know what we are having on thursday! i can't wait!!
